مدلسازی عوامل اثرگذار بر ایجاد مدرسه کارآفرین در دوره ابتدایی

چکیده

مقدمه :یکی از رویکردهای نوین به آموزش کارآفرینانه، توسعه مدارس کارآفرین به عنوان مرکز علم و فناوری و کاربری دانش است که می‌توانند در توسعه کشورها در جهان نقش مهمی ایفا نماید.

هدف: یکی از رویکردهای نوین به آموزش کارآفرینانه، توسعه مدارس کارآفرین به عنوان مرکز علم و فناوری و کاربری دانش است که می‌توانند در توسعه کشورها در جهان نقش مهمی ایفا نماید. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدلسازی عوامل اثرگذار بر ایجاد مدرسه کارآفرین در دوره ابتدایی است.

روش: روش تحقیق این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری داده‌ها، آمیخته- اکتشافی است. این پژوهش دارای یک بخش کیفی برای شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر ایجاد مدرسه کارآفرین در مدارس ابتدایی و یک بخش کمی به بررسی اعتبار عوامل اثرگذار بر ایجاد مدرسه کارآفرین در مدارس ابتدایی پرداخته شده است.

یافته‌ها: نتایج بخش کیفی نشان داد، مدل ایجاد مدارس کارآفرین در دوره ابتدایی شامل 8 عامل بود. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی دو شاخص از مجموع 58 مولفه که در 8 عامل اصلی دسته‌بندی شده بودند حذف و 56 شاخص مورد تایید قرار گرفت. بنابراین، مدل مدرسه کارآفرین در دوره ابتدایی با 56 مولفه که در 8 عامل اصلی دسته بندی شدند، حاصل شد.

نتیجه‌گیری: در سال‌های اخیر توسعه کارآفرینی در مدارس در دستور کار آموزش و پرورش قرار گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر به شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر ایجاد مدرسه کارآفرین در دوره ابتدایی پرداخته است. نتایج این مطالعه می‌تواند به سیاستگذاران و دست‌اندرکاران حوزه آموزش و پرورش در توسعه مدارس کارآفرین کمک نماید.

The creation of entrepreneurial schools as a hub for research, technology, and the application of knowledge, which can be crucial to the growth of nations around the world, is one of the innovative approaches to entrepreneurial education. One of the new approaches toward entrepreneurial education is the development of entrepreneurial schools as a science and technology center and the use of knowledge that can play a vital role in the development of countries The purpose of this research is to provide a model for creating entrepreneurial schools in the elementary school.

The research method of this research in terms of purpose is applied and in terms of data gathering, it is mixed-exploratory. This research has a qualitative part to identify the dimensions and components of creating an entrepreneurial school in elementary schools and a quantitative part the validity of factors affecting the creation of entrepreneurial school in elementary schools investigated.

Findings: The results of the qualitative part showed that the model of creating entrepreneurial schools in the elementary school included 8 factors. Based on the results of confirmatory factor analysis, two indicators removed from the total of 58 components that categorized into 8 main factors and 56 indicators confirmed. Therefore, the entrepreneurial school model in elementary school obtained with 56 components that categorized into 8 main factors.In recent years, entrepreneurship development in schools has been placed on the agenda of education department. The present study identified the factors influencing the creation of an entrepreneurial school in elementary school.
