اثربخشی آموزش ابراز وجود بر پذیرش اجتماعی و سرمایه روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان مدارس شهر تهران

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ابراز وجود بر پذیرش اجتماعی و سرمایه روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان مدارس شهر تهران بود. روش: این پژوهش  به صورت نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه گواه اجرا شده است. جامعۀ مورد مطالعه این پژوهش را، کلیه دانش‌آموزان مدارس متوسطه دوم منطقه 3 شهرداری شهر تهران که در سال تحصیلی1400-1401مشغول به تحصیل بوده اند، تشکیل می‌دهد که از بین آن‌ها به صورت تصادفی 30 نفر انتخاب شدند و در گروه گواه و آزمایش قرارگرفتند. آزمودنی های گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسۀ90 دقیقه ای تحت آموزش ابراز وجود قرارگرفتند و گروه گواه مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کووواریانس چندمتغیری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: یافته ها نشان داد که آموزش ابراز وجود بر پذیرش اجتماعی و سرمایه روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان تأثیر دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: بهبود توانایی ابراز وجود بر افزایش پذیرش اجتماعی و بهبود سرمایه روان‌شناختی‌دانش‌آموزان مؤثر می باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of self-expression training on social acceptance and psychological capital of school students in Tehran. Method: This research is semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The study population of this research consists of all the students of second secondary schools in District 3 of Tehran Municipality who were busy studying in the academic year of 1400-1401، from which 30 people were randomly selected and placed in the control and experimental group. The subjects of the experimental group underwent self-expression training for 8 sessions of 90 minutes، and the control group did not receive any intervention. The data were analyzed using the statistical method of multivariate covariance analysis. Findings: The findings showed that self-expression training has an effect on students' social acceptance and psychological capital. Conclusion: Improving the ability to express oneself is effective in increasing social acceptance and improving students' psychological capital.
