The purpose of the current research is to investigate the opportunities and threats of non-formal education in mathematics education. Mathematics education experts agree that learning mathematics neither begins nor ends in the classroom. Children learn basic mathematical concepts like other concepts in interaction with the environment and people around them and before entering school.
Mathematics lessons are generally difficult for children and even associated with fear. Meanwhile, the math lesson is one of the few lessons that play a primary role in opening the student's mind and teaching how to think. Many teachers, who are both interested in teaching mathematics and are eager to teach it to children, are always looking for ways and methods to make this lesson sweet and understandable, and actually make children reconcile with mathematics. It seems that by creating opportunities And the use of informal education eliminated the threat of fear of mathematics and its weakness. And turned into an opportunity.
