چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با شناسایی مؤلفه های مهارت های نرم مدیران آموزشی با تاکید بر مدل مکعبی درسال 1400 انجام شده است. هدف این پژوهش، استخراج مؤلفه های مهارت های نرم مدیران آموزشی است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف،کاربردی و از نظر نوع داده ها، کمی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل 384 نفر از مدیران مدارس کشور بودند که با توجه به نمونه تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای ، انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش مطالعات کتابخانه ای و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه بود. روایی و پایایی ابزار مورد تاییدو سنجش قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در دو سطح توصیفی(شاخص های فراوانی، گرایش مرکزی ، پراکندگی و نمودار های متناسب) و استنباطی(تحلیل عاملی تاییدی وآزمون معادلات ساختاری) استفاده شد. یافته های حاصل از پژوهش نشان دادند که عوامل مربوط به شایستگی‌های انسانی :تربیت شهروندی، زیبائی‌شناسی، رشد سیاسی، سواد زیست محیطی، رشد صلاحیت های شخصیتی، تربیت محوری، تربیت اسلامی، افزایش سطح زندگی و بکارگیری ارزش ها و الگوهای رفتاری. ارزشیابی در بررسی تحقق اهداف: توجه به توان ذهنی –جسمی دانش آموز، استفاده از تجربیات دانش آموزان، توجه به بازخوردهای مناسب از نتیجه ارزیابی، بکارگیری راهبردها و ابزار های گوناگون، یادگیری، توجه به منابع و موادآموزشی عادلانه، استفاده از معلمان در تالیف کتب درسی، رشد ابعاد عاطفی دانش آموزان، توسعه رشد فردی و توجه به تجربیات یادگیری دانش آموز، همگی بر نقش مهارت های نرم مدیران آموزشی بر اجرای درست برنامه در مدارس تاثیر دارند

چکیده [English]

The current research has been done by identifying the components of soft skills of educational managers with an emphasis on the cube model in 1400. The purpose of this research is to extract the components of soft skills of educational managers. This research was quantitative in terms of purpose, application and type of data. The statistical population of the present study included 384 school principals in the country, who were selected according to a multi-stage cluster random sample. In the current research, the method of library studies and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect information. The research tool was a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the tool was confirmed and measured. Data analysis was used at two descriptive levels (frequency indices, central tendency, dispersion and proportional diagrams) and inferential (confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation test). The findings of the research showed that the factors related to human competencies: citizenship education, aesthetics, political development, environmental literacy, development of personality competencies, core education, Islamic education, increasing the standard of living and applying values and behavioral patterns. Evaluation in checking the fulfillment of goals: attention to the mental-physical ability of the student, use of students' experiences, attention to appropriate feedback from the evaluation result, use of various strategies and tools, learning,
