The current research has been done by identifying the components of soft skills of educational managers with an emphasis on the cube model in 1400. The purpose of this research is to extract the components of soft skills of educational managers. This research was quantitative in terms of purpose, application and type of data. The statistical population of the present study included 384 school principals in the country, who were selected according to a multi-stage cluster random sample. In the current research, the method of library studies and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect information. The research tool was a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the tool was confirmed and measured. Data analysis was used at two descriptive levels (frequency indices, central tendency, dispersion and proportional diagrams) and inferential (confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation test). The findings of the research showed that the factors related to human competencies: citizenship education, aesthetics, political development, environmental literacy, development of personality competencies, core education, Islamic education, increasing the standard of living and applying values and behavioral patterns.
